About
A few years ago I went to college where I was introduced for the first time to film. Not that I hadn’t seen a movie before, but I had never been so free to explore a world of recommendations outside of the mainstream. With no bedtime and a hallway full of other guys with DVD collections, I began to consume. That started a fire in me. I think there are plenty of sites out there that discuss the quality of a movie, gossip from the set and basic plot confusion, but I feel there is an overwhelming lack of intelligent discussion about the issues that are presented by movies. I believe this is one of the greatest mediums to communicate beliefs through and want to encourage healthy responses to those ideas.
So I’m going to write something about what issues I saw, some opinions I have about them and maybe link to some other things and then you can comment and continue to discuss. There is no room here for personal attacks and unsupported opinions won’t make it very far, I.E. Don’t write anything that would fit in anywhere else on the Internet.

I had noticed you reviewed Andrew Neel’s and Luke Meyer’s “Darkon”. I
have a profile on Neel that is up on the behancemag website right now
and can be found here:

I was wondering if it would be at all possible to have a mention
and/or link to the article on your website?
Many thanks for your time and all best,
Dan
